17 healthy pieces making my super breakfast

Introducing the food subject today. Sharing my super breakfast. A guaranteed revenue booster.

There’s many benefits of eating healthy and but sometimes it’s a bit hard consuming everything you need on a daily basis. There’s antioxidants, fibers, proteins, amino acids, carbs, fat, vitamins, minerals and more that we need to eat for optimal health. There’s always multivitamin pills, but we’re not really sure on the effect it has.

Getting all the these necessary nutrition will not only super boost your immune system, but fill you up with long lasting energy that you can use to create and build up your dreams faster. Speaking from my own experience, it makes a huge difference to stay healthy in the long run. Lately, it’s become quite important for me, which lead me experimenting a bit more with food.

I always had a problem with breakfast. Nothing really tastes good for me in the morning. And waking up just to start the day being a chef, making a mess in the kitchen is really not optimal when you’re a person with a bad morning mood. A couple of months ago I started developing on a recipe that really made my whole day better. It started just with a few ingredients, but every time I went shopping, I found something new to put in.

It’s a super mix of all kinds of berries, nuts, seeds and wheat, mixed in greek yogurt. Seems a bit odd. But it tastes amazing!

  • pumpkin seeds
  • chia seeds
  • sesam seeds
  • linseed
  • walnuts
  • brazil nuts
  • macademian nuts
  • almonds
  • pecan nuts
  • hassle nuts
  • whole wheat musli
  • goji berry
  • dried grapes
  • sliced coconut
  • blueberries
  • cacao powder
  • other dried fruit

New additions:

  • honey
  • cacao powder
  • cinnamon
  • coconut oil
  • celery
  • spinach
  • ginger
  • peaches
  • apricots
  • raspberry
  • blackberry

My super breakfast is not for someone on a low calorie diet. It’s a calorie-bomb filled with basically everything you need. Lots of high value protein, both fast and slow carbs, good fats and high in fiber. Many antioxidants. Eating this will make you feel full for many hours. And it will make your blood sugar stay balanced as well. Sweet cravings will be low, and many of these promote a better bowel movement.

To save time in the morning, I make a batch every week, mixing up all these ingredients, then putting in a big glass of coconut yogurt when I wake up.

Stay healthy friends!

I totally want to incoporate this kind of breakfast into my everyday routine. Quick, yummy and super nutritional! Love it!

  2. Mmmm.. sounds great. I make something similar but not nearly as many ingredients. I roast everything (but the berries) with honey and cold-pressed rapeseed oil for a bit of crunch as well 🙂

The only thing I would add would be some cinnamon. Also high on antioxidants… oh and the honey I mentioned. Healthy sugar (if there is such a thing 😉 )

*New follower* really liked your entrepreneur posts and now I see you chare my interest in healthy food as well 🙂

That’s a good tip, I will definitely try cinnamon in it, and maybe even some honey.

    Where are the carbs?

So many nuts and fat, your brain will work a lot better on ripe fruit.
