Who is an intrapreneur?
An intrapreneur is someone who love being responsibility, and being in charge of a market or section of the company, but not the whole company. They thrive with performance based commissions and are not afraid to take some risks.
We primarily work with intrapreneurs because it's the best and most appealing way to scale and expand faster. We find people who wants to do the heavy lifting, become experts, and then at the end of the day get a fair share of the profit.
My job is to pinpoint you in the right direction, but it's your job to paddle the canoe. We will work as a team, but you're always responsible for your results. You are a person who wants a more challenging but also flexible working environment.
Our team is very dynamic and we have all different cultures and experience. All intrapreneurs have one thing in common though: the growth mindset.
What kind of job is it?
We're not looking for any specific positions, we value and know how to utilize all skills. Anything from content writing to managing a whole network of websites. I also need people who can write code, manage affiliate relationships and be responsible for making our online marketing work.

What do you earn?
Your earnings will be customised depending on your current level and experience. In most cases, we start off by giving a fixed payment for a specific task or per article for example.
Once you're ready to stand on your own, we can set up commission models (bonuses) that will benefit us both and will be based on the profit of the projects you're a part of. Your ability to create success will be the main factor in your income.
Who am I looking for?
I am always looking for the right people to help me run my business.
First of all, I'm looking for intrapreneurs, not entrepreneurs. Intrapreneur is someone who wants to work for someone else, and follow, but with ability to gain partnership and still be the one running the show. Entrepreneurs can never thrive in this environments as they have an urge to be the leader and take heavier risks.
Requirements:
- The ability to take action and making things happen.
- Be a learning machine.
- Intrepreneurial mindset. Neither a working ant or an entrepreneur.
- Basic knowledge in web development, SEO, WordPress.
Beneficial:
- Advanced coding skills
- Specialized knowledge or specific skill
- Multilingual
- Based in Cyprus (we have an office here)
